We offer Click + Collect from the Geelong store only, just follow the prompts + add your details during check out. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
Click + Collect orders can take up to two days, however most are ready same day (excluding weekends + Public Holidays). Please don't try to collect your order if you haven't received notification that it is ready.
We endeavour to have accurate stock levels online, however we are human. All shipments are subject to availability.
Standard orders placed during business hours Monday – Friday (excluding Public Holidays) will be processed within two business days.

Can I use my physical Gift Voucher online?
Yes, however these need to be processed manually. E-mail your unique barcode details to online@frankiesayrelax.com.au and we’ll sort you out with your online purchase.
Can I pick up my Click + Collect from another store?
Sorry, all inventory + stock is from our Geelong store + warehouse, so we can only offer Click + Collect from our Geelong store.
Can you gift wrap my purchase?
We sure can - we LOVE gift wrapping! Just check the box "This will be a gift" in your cart and select gift wrapping. You can add a note or a gift tag and any requests like 'wrap this with the rattle', 'wrap separately' or 'this is for me, no need to wrap'.
Do you off Afterpay?
Yes we do, but only for our online store.
